Yummy worcestershire Sauce.

I pinched this recipe from an old fella in the pub...

3 lb of dark plums
3lb of white sugar
2lb of brown sugar
3lb of treacle ( 1 1/2 tins)
7 pints of vinegar
1 bulb of garlic
2tbs salt
1 ounce of white pepper
2 ounces of whole cloves
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp ground ginger

cook till plums are soft, strain then Boil for 1 hour then bottle..

this is exactly as the recipe was given to me...
I haven't made this BUT BUT BUT I have tasted it and it is Yummy..
